I hope you are having a wonderful break!  Here are some more problems with adding and subtracting fractions.  I would also like you to tell me the area and perimeter of the following listed rectangles.

Remember the following things.

1)Find a common denominator for your fractions by multiplying the denominators or finding the least common multiple.

2)Simplify your fraction at the end by dividing by a common factor or greatest common factor.

3)When finding the area of a rectangle, multiply the

BaseXHeight. 

4)When finding the perimeter of a rectangle, add all sides.

12-23-11 Did you see the big one Craig caught yesterday!  It weighed 85 lbs.  Last trip, Craig caught a 67 pounder.  Two questions for you.......

1)How much did the two fish weigh together?
